The patient is a 65-year-old female with cosmetic dissatisfaction of her face, neck and left brow. The left brow was more ptotic than the right and some mild orbital dystopia. The procedures performed were left endoscopic hemi-brow lift, face and neck lift with liposuction of the neck and lower jawline.
